“Biodegradable” alone doesn’t tell you how quickly, under what conditions or to what extent a bag will biodegrade. Ask for the evidence, test conditions and disposal instructions. A word on a box isn’t the whole story.
How big are these?

Roughly grocery-bag size, 17.7 by 11.8 inches. Roomy enough for daily scooping and multi-cat cleanups, with handles for tying and carrying.
Will the bottom hold a heavy, wet litter load?

Built for litter-box cleanups, including wet clumps. Leave room to tie the handles, and split heavier loads between bags. If you get a bag that splits at the seam, tell us and we’ll help.
Can I leave a filled bag sitting around?

Tie it off and take it to the trash after cleanup. Prolonged contact with wet litter can weaken the bag, so we recommend disposing of filled bags promptly.

Keep unused bags in a dry, cool place. They’re stable under normal humidity. A little moisture won’t damage them. If the bags stay wet for an extended period, they can weaken and tear.
