Product is fine. Delivery system is not.

Specifically went to the business website instead of using a mega company. I wanted to support a small business. I was very disappointed when Amazon showed up to deliver the product.

Here’s a bit of context: when we first started, we used Amazon’s delivery system because it was the most affordable and easy to set up for a small team. But we’ve never loved using them — and we’ve been working hard to change that.

The good news? As of last week, we’ve officially switched our standard bags and wipes to ship through a local California-based logistics partner instead of Amazon. And we’re planning to move all our products off their system in the next few months.

Your review just confirms we’re moving in the right direction. We really appreciate you speaking up, and we hope you’ll give us another shot in the future.

There were mix ups with the shipping address of my order and their customer service made it right. Thank you and great work! I am amazed that this bag is fully compostable. Why is anyone still producing and buying plastic bags? Keep at it!

Best Dog Poop Bags

I bought these because they are compostable. I was happily surprised to find I like them better than any other bags I have tried. They feel soft so I was initially concerned they wouldn't hold up. After months of use, I haven't had a single bag tear. Because they are soft, they are easy to tie onto my leash handle, so I always have some with me.
