Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2 business days. Occasionally when demand is high we may run out of stock for up to 9 days. During this period there will be a delay on the fulfillment of your product. If this is the case we will email you with options.

We do not accept responsibility for undeliverable products sent to PO boxes.

Shipment confirmation and a tracking number will be sent out once fulfillment is completed.
Customs, duties, and taxes
FiTiki LTD AKA Give A Sh!t is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
FiTiki LTD AKA Give A Sh!t is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Currently we do not do international shipping.
